“A safe place to learn and grow”

Dear Students and Parents or Guardians,

Welcome to the new school year at Kraft Meadows Middle School. I hope you are as excited as I am about the possibilities that come with each new school year.

Kraft Meadows is dedicated to the personal growth of all students, while providing a safe and orderly environment that stimulates academic achievement. The staff has made this commitment and will work hard to fulfill this promise. At the same time, it is vital to acknowledge that the most important component of your education is you. Be an active participant in the process!

Middle School is about educational and social transitions. It is a time of increasing freedoms and responsibilities. Take the initiative to make it the best experience it can be. I strongly encourage you to:

1.Participate: Be in attendance at school and get involved. There are number of new co-curricular opportunities in middle school that cover a wide range of interests.

2.Challenge yourself: Set goals and strive to achieve them. Meet new people, take challenging courses, and work hard.

3.Be respectful: Be respectful of others and yourself. You are responsible for your decisions and actions, so make good choices!

4.Make a difference: Every day you have the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life…especially, your own. Be that positive influence.

Let’s work together to make it a great year at Kraft Meadows Middle School.
